DIETING STINKS!

Well I totally blew my diet this week...ok I am exaggerating a little. But I definitely did NOT stick with it when some of our friends came to town. I worked out one morning and ate in moderation and gained 2.5 lbs! Is that not the most frustrating thing EVER! How can I work so hard and only lose like 6 lbs...and then slack just a little and BAM! BLAH...I am not letting anyone convince me again. I am going to lose this flab and keep it off! lol so back to the drawing board....
