Despite Jamie being out of work, God has been providing ways for us to survive : ) My tutu's, while not world reknown, are taking off in little spurts. I believe I have made about 14 and 7 of them have been for someone. 6 of them are sitting in a store in Kokomo : ) Jamie has also been up to his ears in art work! He is finishing up his second picture and moving on to at least 2 (possibly 4) more! SWEET! I have been thinking of expanding my little girly, magical peices of fun into big girl fun, earrings! We will see if that works out and how motivated I am to do it.
In the meantime I have crazy thoughts coming into my head. I know quite a few people who are pretty thrifty and are making homemade crafty things...maybe this could grow into (dare I say...) a store front? Lots of research and lots of motivation and lots more research are in order. Let me know (AHEM Jessica and Stac) if you know of anyone who would be interested in having homemade, handmade creations on display. (In my dreams....but that is how all realities start I guess...)
That is all for now...I may have more news soon. : }

You bet!
UGH I am so impressed with your motivation! I've been MEANING to start an Etsy store for like 3 years. And I still haven't. I have tons of half-made things, but I'm not motivated enough to make a lot of stuff... at least, I'm not in the summer. Maybe by this winter though... What are you thinking exactly? I've been making super cute cross-stitch whale pictures. So eventually I want to start selling those, but I need to find a place that sells super cheap wood frames to put them in.
So what I'm saying is... yeah that sounds pretty cool. :-)
HAHA! There is nothing in the works yet but we are def looking into our options! When I talk to some of my peers I will get back to you about what we can set up :D hehe
