I guess I have been kind of busy the last week and a half. I worked ten days with a one day break, which totally exhausted me! BUT I was thankful for the hours and I am sure I will be thankful when the paycheck comes : )
Jamie and I finally found a church! It was such a wonderful feeling to walk out yesterday and know that was where we belonged. I can't wait to go back! It is a smaller church, less than a hundred people. Also it is mostly made up of senior citizens. The junior pastor was closest to our age and the senior pastor was probably in his late 30s. We attended that morning service and then were asked to stay for the "coffee social" they have every sunday morning. It was so nice! I think every single person there came up to talk to us and greet us. The teaching was excellent and I was excited about their community ministries they offered. I just can't wait to go back : ) The junior pastor...Pastor Nathan...asked if we would hang out sometime with him and his girflfriend, he said "even if you decide this isn't where God wants you, we would still love to make friends". Isn't that sweet? Jamie and I are just thrilled!
On Friday I get to find out what the sex of the baby is, so I will keep you all posted!
