Family

I was thinking about family yesterday and just how much I really miss them. SO I figured what the heck...lets do a bloggy blog on it : ) SO Above are my parents. Aren't they cute?! They live in Michigan currently out in the woods and have nothing better to do with their time and money than to act like 16 year olds : ) From boating to biking and even trying to take up rollar blading the UP woods are just for them! Pictured above are two pictures of them when they were young...the bottom left is a fav of mine and I wish it were better quality! And the more recent bottom right was last summer in Ohio.

My Momma:

Here are some of my mother and me! Once again the one to the right is from last summer...the other one is back in the day when I was skinny and hot...now she is the skinny and hot one : ) I sometimes get upset because it would just be so nice to go and get a cup of coffee with her or go get baby clothes...but we don't get to spend time like that together. We have to cram it all in to one visit...which is fine I suppose. I just hope one day we live close enough together to see each other more.

My Daddy:

My dad and I are just straight up goofy. Always laughing at dumb jokes and picking on people...we can sometimes get on my brother and moms nerves : ) HAHA Aside from his goofiness he has a huge heart for people and is somewhat of a social butterfly. He is always out checking up on shut in folks or people in need. I imagine if he lived closer I would tag along with him. The first pic is a VERY pale high school Jean : ) the other one is from last fall

Lil Brudder:

My brother and I have always been tight! We had to be...two air force brats always moving...we really didn't have any other friends until we were about 10 and 13. Right now it is EXTREMELY hard to be away from him. He is in Korea and it is just so crazy that I can't go see him right now if I wanted to! (Not to mention...no money, no vehicle, and baby in three weeks hahah) We are best buds...but we can also tell each other off : ) I love it! The first pic is Guy when he was about 11 the one right of it is us at a jr high/high school formal for our church. Bottom left is us right after I graduated and last is us last summer. He cam and stayed with us for a month before getting ready to go to boot camp. Aren't we just adorable?! If he lived nearby I would have him over all the time and we would just play xbox and eat and chill...just like we did last summer.

Ricky, my bro in law:

Next is my brother in law Ricky. I love this guy! He is slightly more backwoods than us and I just love that about him! Jamie and him have been the best of friends forever and they are only a couple of years apart. This makes me so excited because Jubilee and Jewel will be about the same age apart! Weren't they cute kids?!?! : ) The other two pics are from last year...one when Juju was born and the scary faced one is from a visit in Indiana. I wish he lived closer, Indiana isnt that far but these days it feels so hard to get back there. He has had a difficult year and he means the world to us.

Paps, Jamies dad:

And last but certainly NOT least....is Jamie's Dad, Jim. The first couple of years we were married we were blessed enough to just live down the road from him and his girlfriend Jeannie in Indiana. (Yes Jean and Jamie, Jim and Jeannie lol) Dad is a hard working guy who practically raised four boys on his own. If you asked Ricky and Jamie they would say...this man could do no wrong...or....something about if he did do wrong it is justified because of how much a saint he is : ) Wish we could hang out with him too. Can't believe we used to just be a block away from them.
It's funny how I just want to go back sometimes. Just want to have everyone down the road from us but I know thats not how life goes. Sometimes I wish I would have embraced the times with my family more than I did...now I just never know when I will have that back. BUT in the meantime...I think we all do pretty well and stay pretty close for as far apart as we all are.
