Ahhh, Fall

I am so thankful that September is here! Everything has already started cooling off (don't let it fool you..any Hoosier knows we could get 90 degree weather at any time!) BUT I am praying that it stays this way.

With fall comes lots of fun stuff...pumpkin patches and apple orchards, which are just down the road unlike in the burbs of the windy city...hoodies and leaves....apple cider and pumpkin lattes...Halloween...and then of course in early November we will have our little Jovie here to complete our family : )

I am excited because the Doctor gave me a birthday for her! 11-7-11...Justice started walking and Jubilee is nearly potty trained completely so I accomplished the two things I needed to before Jovie's arrival! I am also looking forward to getting rid of things as I become thinner (Lord willing!) and getting rid of girls clothes as they out grow them (we currently have 4 trash bags, 1 tote and an entire dresser filled with little girls clothing.)

This last part of this pregnancy has been super hard and weird for me but I am going to try my hardest to embrace my favorite season (FALL OF COURSE! :}) and just love the last few weeks of being big and awkward!

I am also going to embrace Epic. I really love our church family there and love getting to know people. I asked Pastor if we could plan a Harvest Party so he is looking into that for me...SO FUN!

Fall usually is such a reflective time of year for me....in Chicago I loved it but found myself really missing the back roads of Indiana and just the simplicity. I find myself really missing people right now, but am going to embrace the country side!

Some other good changes may come with fall too...this post is already REALLY random so I will post about it later :)

I'm pretty excited for fall (and for the changes coming in your life) as well! It is slowly getting cooler here too. It's in the 70's and 80's during the day, but it gets down to high 50's, low 60's at night. I'll have to finish harvesting the rest of my garden vegetables pretty soon, since they won't be good for much longer. Summer was awesome, but you and I share the same favorite season, and I'm looking forward to all that brings.
