Things I CAN Control

If this year has taught me one thing it is that there are a lot of things in life I have NO control over. Other people's actions (especially little crazy people :}), the way the people think of me, our financial situation....but I have also realized that I do have control over three things. My house. My health. My Faith.

As I have been reflecting over the last couple of weeks about how I can control these things better. When I look at my house, it is a mess. When I look at my health, there is DEF room for improvement. When I look at my Faith I feel like I have come very far...but there is always room to work on things in that department. SO what would make things easier in all of these areas? How can I make these things better so that I can have some kind of control over my life, and the other these that are out of my control won't seem so bad? Organization. Yep...I have become that mom...the one who needs organization to get a hold of her life..I have become...dare I say it? My mom. (Cue dramatic music)

I know that this is going to be a process for me...but I am going to work on it all and make it my New Years Resolution. If I become organized with house work, that means I have more time to be organized with my health and investment in my faith.

So here are little things I am going to do to start:

Do dishes after EVERY meal. That is it. I know this will help out soooo much!

Drink 100oz of water a day...oh man this is going to be so hard for me

Do some kind of work out 6 days a week

Go through every room and THROW STUFF AWAY

Read a passage everyday and reflect

So I will let you know about my progress :)
