A conversation with Jamie (who was half asleep) ...



Jean: You smell like onions....Im going to go get a shower...I think you need one next



Jamie: Well you smell like onions too



Jean: No I dont.......



Jamie: Then why are you taking a shower?



Jean: Uhm..I dont need to smell like onions to realize its time for me to bathe...



*UNCONTROLABLE LAUGHTER* : )





Yesterday I worked an 11 hour shift and came home to homemade meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and my world of warcraft account active : ) Jamie is such a sweetie...such a relaxing night AND we went to bed at 11! SO NEEDED



I am working a shorter shift today...but tomorrow and wednesday I am pulling 12.5 hour shifts so that I can have a really short day on Thursday and go to MICHIGAN! Guy is coming home for a few days before he takes off to Korea for a long time so I am thrilled that we are able to go and see him, as well as my parents and Cora! Its going to be so fantastic!!!!!!



I really love my job. Sometimes I have a hardtime when I get to thinking about how I used to stay home, make a cup of joe, clean and hang out with Juju all day. We would take walks and play and read...and now I feel as though I don't even have time to make a cup of coffee. BUT I love my job so it helps on hard days. Im not sure how temporary it is for me to be the bread winner but I am thankful to at least have a fun job while its happening. I just dont want to miss out on Jubilees growing up. Now I know how Jamie felt. I think its messed up that we work while our kids are growing up to have a retirement and then when we retire our kids are grown up and gone...it should be backwards....some how...haha



Sun is hiding today but at least the snow is melting : ) Ray is coming by for some lunch and Ill go to work later.



I feel happy !
